摘　　要：原地清洗(CIP)系统是一种不用拆卸设备、零部件和管道,不用进行人工擦洗和冲刷,而是通过清洗液的理化作用直接清洗设备和管道本身的方法。文中论述了原地清洗(CIP)系统的构成、影响CIP清洗效果的因素及CIP系统的设计要点,并结合酵母抽提物生产工艺实际,说明了CIP的应用情况。Clean in Place （CIP） system is a method of cleaning the surfaces of pipes, vessels and process equipment by physicochemical reactions of cleaning agent, without disassembly and manual scrub. In this paper, the structures of the CIP system, the factors that affect the CIP system, and the design of important points on the CIP system were dissertated. Moreover, the application of the CIP system was explained according to the process of yeast extracts production as an example.
