摘　　要：通过构造离散形式的Liapunov函数来研究差分方程概周期解的存在唯一性,先证明了两个相关定理,再利用定理研究了一类形如x(n+1)=sum from i=1 to n (1-ri(n))x(n)+p(n)e-rx(n)的非线性差分方程概周期解的存在唯一性,得到了一些新的结论。A theorem which is given first to guarantee the existence and uniqueness of almost periodic solutions for difference equations and a new result has been obtained by constructing suitable discrete Liapunov function according to the theorem for a class of nonlinear difference equations following form： x（n＋1）=n∑i=1（1-ri（n））x（n）＋p（n）e^-rx（n）
