摘  要:“四课”制是上海市实验学校校本教师教育的一个项目,它是指新到教师汇报课、青年教师展能课、中年教师展示课和资深教师示范课。“四课”制是建立在教师专业发展理论基础之上的,它是促进教师教学能力发展的一个有效途径。作为一种较为成熟的经验,它具有以下几个方面的借鉴意义:保证了展示课的真实性;为全校教师提供了沟通和分享的平台;真正实现了教师教学能力的阶段化发展和教师的终身持续发展;有效促进了学科教学研究。The System of "Four Open Class Style " is an project of Shanghai Experience School' s school - based teachers' training. It contains new teachers' report class, young teachers' showing class, middle - aged teachers' relevance class and qualified teachers' demonstration class. The System of "Four Open Class Style" based upon the teachers professional development theory. It' s a way to accelerate the development of teachers' teaching ability. As a pretty matured theory, it has some reference meaning such as assuring the truth of the open class, providing a platform of communication and share, accomplishing steadily the gradation development of teaching ability and teachers life - long lasting development , and advancing the studies of the subject - teaching.
