摘　　要：文章阐述了开放性实验教学中心的特点和重要意义,分析了建设和管理过程中面临的突出问题,结合华中农业大学园艺林学学院实验室改革实际,从更新观念、队伍建设、创新运行机制、管理模式以及制度建设等方面提出了建设开放性实验教学中心的建议和措施。This paper analyzed the characteristics and necessity of opening experimental teaching center,and took the experimental teaching center of the College of Horticulture and Forestry Sciences of Huazhong Agricultural University for example, this paper put forward some ways on how to construct and manage opening experimental teaching center by depending on teaching reforming, technician team building, creating mechanism and management model,and modifying regulation system.
