摘  要:针对现行大米质量评定体系中黄粒米指标的检测采用人工方式完成,无法满足快速检测需要的问题,开发了一套黄粒米检测系统。该系统首先将扫描仪获得的米粒RGB色度信息转化成L*a*b*色度信息,分析L*a*b*色度信息并根据色度阈值和面积阈值判定米粒是否为黄粒米,同时统计黄粒米粒率。研究表明利用图像处理技术对黄粒米进行检测是一种行之有效的方式。Yellow- coloured rice in mass rice was detected by manual method presently, therefore it is dificult to meet the need of fast testing. So a yellow - coloured rice detect system was developed. The RGB chromatic information obtained by the scanner was translated to L^* a^* b^* chromatic information automatically by which to judge the rice according to the chromatic threshold and proportional threshold which were set by the user based on the breed and producing area. It is proved to be an effective way to detect yellow-coloured rice.
