摘　　要：高校培养出的会计人才距离企业实际用人标准有一定的差距,这无疑是对高等会计教育特别是作为理论联系实际的会计实践教学关键环节,提出了严峻的挑战.探讨目前会计人才需求概况,对会计实践教学环节在人才需求中的价值进行分析,提出完善会计实践教学的措施.There is a certain gap between accountants cultivated by colleges and the talent needed by enterprises, which has proposed a challenge upon accountings practice teaching, the key point of advanced accountings education to combine theorywith practice. This paper has, through investigating the market demand of accountants and analyzing the value of accounting practice teaching in talent demand, proposed the measures to improve accountings practice teaching.
