摘 要:在本科药理学教学中,对“抗消化性溃疡药物”一章的教学方法进行改革,尝试以问题为基础学习(problem—basedlearning,PBL)教学方法,采用问卷调查的形式获取学生对教学效果的反馈信息。调查结果显示,PBL教学方法能够很好地提高学生的思维能力和分析问题能力,对培养学生的综合素质,深化教学改革,全面提高本科教学质量具有重要意义。接受PBL教学方法的学生的期末考试成绩与接受传统教学方法的学生的期末考试成绩相比无明显统计学差异(P〉0.05),但是,其中有关病例分析题的测试成绩前者显著优于后者,且具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。PBL教学方法对于学生临床思维能力的培养、分析问题和解决问题能力的培养优于传统教学方法。Problem -based learning had been implemented in pharmacological experimental teach- ing for undergraduates through the chapter of "Anti - peptic ulcer drugs". Questionnaires were used to collect students'feedbacks. The result showed that the new teaching method was a student - centered and was able to improve students'problem analysis ability. It was significant for deepening teaching reform and im- proving teaching quality. The scores of case analysis in term exam of PBL class were higher than those of control class( P 〈0.01 ) ,while the scores of term exam had no significant difference( P 〉 0.05 ). PBL teaching method had more advantage in training of clinical thinking than traditional teaching method.
