细节管理在继续医学教育管理中的应用

摘　　要：本文论述了细节管理在继续医学教育项目管理质量控制中的应用，包括制作办公流程，研制基于互联网的继续医学教育信息化管理系统，实施现场督查，提高管理团队整体水平等。实践证明，细节管理决定着继续医学教育的管理质量。This article reports with examples the application of detail management in the administra- tion process of continuing medical education projects, including the making of flow chart for office work, programming of web-based information management system in continuing medical education, real-time mo- nitoring, and improvement of the management level of the administration team. Detail management proved effective in solving the problems in our administration and thus we draw the conclusion that detail manage- ment plays a decisive role in the control of management quality for continuing medical education.
