摘  要:探讨保健食品微生物学检验中细菌、霉菌及酵母菌计数和控制菌检查方法的合理性。参照《中国药典》2005年版微生物限度检查法及方法学验证实验要求,对22种保健食品进行了方法学验证。发现包括植物降糖胶囊等13个品种分别对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌有明显的不同程度的抑制作用。表明简单按照GB/T4789-2003食品卫生微生物学检验方法检验不能真实反映产品质量,建议参照2005年版《中国药典》的要求,通过方法验证实验建立合理的检验方法。To discuss whether bacteria, fungi and yeast counting method as well as control bacteria examination method are applicable for health (functional) foods hygiene microbial examination. As the requirement of microorganism limits test and validation on the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005), the microbial examination method of 22 kinds of functional foods has been validated. It is found that 13 kinds of functional foods (Zhiwu Jiangtang capsules etc. ) were antibacterial for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. The results indicated that following the microbial examining method on GB/ T4789-2003 directly could not reflect on the products" quality veritably. It is suggested that setting reasonable examining method by validation as well as referring to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005).
