摘　　要：大型仪器资源在高校教育资源中占有较大比例。当前，有限的教育投入还落后于社会对教育资源日益增长的需求。改进高校大型仪器资源的管理水平，充分提高大型仪器的资源利用率，对于缓解教育资源供求矛盾有着重要的意义。最近几年，在这方面的相关研究已经形成了一些共识，仪器资源管理的改革也取得了一些进展，但目前高校的大型仪器管理中仍然存在着一些问题，制约着大型仪器资源的利用。该文分析了相关进展和存在的主要问题，并提出了相应的对策思考。The resource of valuable equipment is one of the main resources in higher education, Nowadays, the limited investment in education does not keep up with the increasing demands of the society. So, it is important to abating the problem that the management level and the utilization of the valuable equipment resource should be improved. Recent years, there has been some progresses of the studies and innovations in the management of valuable equipment. However, some problems still exist and limit the equipment resource to be fully utilized. In the present discussion, the main progresses and problems in this aspect are described, and several considerations about the countermeasures are suggested.
