摘　　要：教材是体现教学内容和教学方法的载体,是组织课堂教学的基本工具,也是深化教学改革,全面推进素质教育,培养创新人才的重要保证。文中从我校教材管理存在的问题、教材建设的定位和教材建设与管理几个方面论述了地方师范院校教材建设与管理工作。The teaching material is a carrier of the course content and the teaching method and the basic tool of the organization of the classroom, and it is also an important guarantee of deepenning the educational reform, advancing the education for all-around development comprehensively and cultivating innovative talents. This article begin with the open question of my school teaching material management , and the orientation ,administration and developmentthe of teaching material to treated various aspects of the teaching material construction and Management work in the local teacher＇s colleges.
