摘　　要：在"过程"之中统摄事实与价值,这是怀特海与中国道家在宇宙论构建上的契合之处,但怀特海过于客观化的描述使得其作品中主体性丧失,这就无法同道家一样,将事实与价值之融合贯彻到生活实践本身之中。因此,事实与价值,以及科学与人文的融合问题,最后归结到能否从当前破碎分裂的人性现状之上发展出丰满圆融的生命存在。这不是一个制度或技术层面的问题,而是一个时代的思想问题。The resemblance of cosmism construction between whitehead and Taoist is the unified fact and value into the ＂Process＂. However, because Whitehead＇s objective description in the works resulted in subjectivity absence, therefore, he could not implement this kind of integration between face and value into life practice itself as Taoist had do it. So, the interaction between fact and value is restored as whether we can develop colorful and perfect humanity itself based on current humanity split. This problem is not institutional problem or technological problem, but is the problem existed in era itself.
