构建院校任职教育的立体化电教教材体系，提升信息化条件下的院校任职教育质量

摘　　要：为满足信息化战争条件下人才知识、能力、素质和指挥、技术、管理2个"三位一体"的任职教育要求,依据"贴近部队、贴近装备、贴近岗位、贴近实战"的人才培养原则,适应日益多元化的知识结构、多维的思维空间和日趋复杂的课程设计,目前,任职教育丞需"构筑院校任职教育的立体化电教教材体系,提升信息化条件下的院校任职教育质量"。为此,需加大建设针对任职教育的虚拟演练环境,集成整合信息化装备和信息资源,综合提升信息效率,加大科研能力向课堂教学转化协调力度,用高水平的科研促进高质量的教学。Based on the request of the military professional education, the principles of the military talent fosters, and the needs of curriculum design , This paper describes the construction of the three-dimensional teaching material system , in order to improve the effect on the professional education in information-based academy. By constructing the three-dimensional teaching material system , we can build the army training virtual environment, which integrated the informational resources and equipment to provide better military professional education.
