摘 要:目的分析护士岗位技能督导考核中发现的问题。方法描述新描13所医院110名护士岗位技能考核情况,分析操作前、中、后及理论提问等环节存存的问题。结果护士在考核中普遍存在护理评估不全面,物品准备不齐令、摆放不合理,操作中部分关键环节丢失、护患沟通过于机械,理论知识不扎实等问题。结论管理者应将年轻护士的"三基"培训作为长效机制执行,并重视护士人际沟通、健康教育等相关技能的培圳,提高护理人员分析问题、解决问题的能力,更好地服务于患者。Abstract:Objective To analyze the problems in nurses' professional skills examination. Method The problems in the nurses' professional skills exam- ination of 110 nurses from 13 hospitals were analyzed in each step including pre -operation,on -operation and after operation, as well as oral questions. Result The main problems in the examination were ranked as incomplete nursing assessment,incomplete and unrational material preparation,missed key steps,inappropriate nurse - client communication, deficiency of theory knowledge, and so on. Conclusion Nursing administrators should enforce the train- ing of fundamental theory and skills for young nurses, especially emphasis on their ability of communication and health education, improve their abilities of analyzing and resolving problems,thereby to provide patients with high -quality service.
