摘  要:摩托车碰撞事故中乘员驾乘关系的认定和碰撞伤害的成因,是事故责任判定与法医学人伤鉴定面对的难题。以一起复杂的摩托车与汽车碰撞事故为研究对象,基于多刚体动力学仿真方法建立汽车、摩托车及前后座乘员的碰撞模型,仿真得出摩托车驾驶员和后座乘员的不同碰撞响应,找到了伤害的形成原因,为法医学人伤鉴定提供了依据,辅助解决了摩托车驾驶员的认定问题。仿真结果符合实际情况,证明了该方法的正确性。A complicated collision accident between motorcycle and car was studied, and the simulation models of car, motorcycle and two passengers , i. e. , the motorcycle driver and the back seat passenger were established by using multi-body dynamics method. The different impact responses on the two passengers in the collision course were discussed, which are the cause leading to characteristic injuries. It provides reference for forensic identification of impact injury and the identification of which one is the motorcyclist or the motorcycle passenger can be achieved. The simulation results are in accordance with the actual accident situation, and prove the correctness of the simulation method.
