摘　　要：高等教育自学考试命题质量控制包括命题队伍质量控制、命题技术标准控制、命题评估质量控制和命题保密质量控制等。命题技术标准确定以后,命题人员就是决定的因素;"内行"的命题管理者遵循国家制定的命题文件,指导命题教师科学规范命题;"称职"的命题教师"遵纲循本"精心设计试题;评估测量专家对命题进行客观公正测量评估;围绕试卷为中心所涉及的各个环节要严格执行保密规定。The proposition quality control of higher education examination for self taught people includes team＇s quality control of the proposition, proposition technical standard control, proposition assess quality control and proposition secret quality control, etc.. After the technical standard of the proposition is confirmed, proposition personnel are decisive factors ; expert＇s proposition administrator follows the proposition file that the country made, guide teacher＇s scientific and normal proposition of the proposition; Proposition teacher who ＂fill a post with credit＂ design the examination question meticulously abide by the key link follow originally; Assessing and measuring experts will measure assessing to the proposition objectively and just; Each links involved should carry out the secret regulation strictly to focus on paper.
