摘  要:社会适应能力培养是新时期高校体育课程的重要培养目标;元认知学习理论是适应现代教育理念的新的教学理论,必将对高校体育教学产生深远的影响。文章主要运用实验法、问卷调查法等方法考察了元认知体育教学对大学生体育社会适应能力的影响,结果发现:在教学中实施现有的提高元认知水平的方法、措施可提高大学生的元认知水平;大学生体育方面的社会适应情况处于基本适应状态,与相关培养目标存在一定差距;元认知体育教学可有效地提高大学生体育方面的社会适应能力。The ability to adapt to the modern social living is an important goal of colleges and universities sports curriculum in our new era. Metacognitive learning theory is a new concept of teaching theory to our modern education, and will surely to have the profound influence to the colleges and universities spores teaching. In this paper, mainly using the experimental method, questionnaire investigation method, inspect the infuence to college students' social adaptness in their sport aspect by using metacognitive physical education, the results showed that : The metacognitive education may improve the level of college students' metacognition. Social adaptation of college students is in the basic level, with the objectives which we hope there is a certain gap. Metacognition sports teaching can be effective in improving sports areas of social adaptability.
