高职院校教师健康状况及参与运动锻炼现状调查分析——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：在杭10所高职院校教师健康与运动锻炼现状为研究对象,通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法从多个角度进行调查分析,结果表明,杭州市高职院校教师健康状况不容乐观,处于亚健康状况的教师较多,教师们对于运动健身的理念认识较一致,真正做到运动健身的不多,分析了原因,提出了合理的建议。The object of study is the teacher of more than ten higher vocational colleges in Hangzhou. Research methods inelude document ＆ material method, interview method, questionnaire method, mathematical statistics method etc. After analyzing the data, we are not allowed to Be optimistic on the health situation of the teachers, large quantities of teachers are sub - healthy. Though most teachers share the same idea of sports, there are only a few who really fulfill it. The article analyzes the reasons and make reasonable suggestions,
