摘　　要：在充分认识我国经济社会快速发展的新形势,企业对应用型人才的要求和学生自身发展的需要的基础上,重点对欧美国家《运营管理》课程进行分析研究,综合国内本科教材的编写长处,设计构建了《运营管理》课程教学内容新体系。Through fully understanding of the new situation of the fast development in our country＇ s economic society, the requests to the person with applicable ability by enterprises and the developing demand of the student themselves, on the base of the writing advantages of the local undergraduate teaching materials, in this paper, the authors set up a new Operations Management teaching content system after analyzing the Operations Management Textbook and Teaching content System of Euro-American nations.
