氦氖激光对酒精酵母菌刺激效应的研究

摘　　要：用氦氖激光对甘蔗糖蜜酒精工业性生产用酿酒酵母菌ＳａｃｈａｒｏｍｙｃｅｓｃｅｒｅｖｉｓｉａｅＡＳ２１１８９进行了辐照，发现细胞分裂受到了抑制从不同组别中选择了１３４株被照射过的酵母菌进行观测，发现有九株的产酒精率比未经激光照射的酵母菌较高或较低本文还讨论了氦氖激光对酵母菌的刺激机理。Sacchromyces cerevisiae AS 2 1189 for the alcohol industry was studied in six radiated time by groups H e-N e laser,and the cells fission are restrained to be fornd in this experiment One hundred thirtyfour strains of irradiated yests were chosen from different time groups,and it is found that there are 2 1189 We have discussed the mechanism of H e-N e laser stimulated on yeast and the average effect of laser stimulation by statistical theory
