摘　　要：学生评教作为高校教师教学质量评价体系主要组成部分,已被许多高校纳入学校常规教学管理之中。影响学生评教的因素是多方面的,分析这些因素并提出解决问题的对策。As a major part of the teaching quality assessment system in colleges and universities,students' evaluation of teachers has been incorporated into the routine teaching administration in many colleges and universities in China.There are many factors influencing students' evaluation of teachers.This paper analyzes these factors and proposes countermeasures.
