摘　　要：知识共享是高科技产业集群发展的必要条件和持续创新的动力。根据集群知识活动的规律,构建了集群知识链的理论模型,并在此基础上分析了集群知识共享过程,探讨了知识共享效果的影响因素。Knowledge-sharing is necessary conditions of developing high-tech industry clusters and the driving force for sustained innovation. Based on the knowledge activities rule of high-tech industry clusters, the article constructed a theoretical model of knowledge value chain, analyzed knowledge-sharing process of cluster and discussed influencing factors to knowledge-sharing effect. The purpose is to provide some active theoretical exploration for the knowledge management of high-tech industry clusters.
