摘　　要：人力资源管理外包作为一个新兴的研究领域,倍受理论界和企业界的关注。通过对我国企业人力资源管理外包的发展现状、存在的问题及风险进行阐述,并提出了相应的规避风险的建议。As an emerging area of research, the outsourcing of Human Resource Management gets concern and favor from the theoretical circles and the business circles. This paper focuses on China＇ s Human Resource Management outsourcing the development of the status quo, the problems and risks, and summarizes the corresponding recommendations to avoid risks.
