摘　　要：科技伦理的最高境界是真善美的和谐统一。由于学术评价体系缺乏科学性、学术期刊对科研成果判断规则的失范等,使违背科技伦理的现象层出不穷,学术期刊自身也陷入了信用危机。制度建设是重建学术期刊学术信用的最为重要的举措。The true, the good and the beautiful in harmonious and united situation is the ideal state of sci-tech ethics. Because of the lack of reasonable methodology of academic evaluation system and the failure in assessment of scientific research achievements by academic journals,the events that violating the sci-tech ethics have frequently happened and finally lead to the credit crisis of academic journals. The author holds that to enhance the management system is one of the most important measures to rebuild the credit of the journals.
