摘　　要：通过对国内外文献的分析研究，介绍了信息时代高校教师应具备的教育技术能力及其层次结构，并结合对高校教师教育技术的态度、掌握、应用、创新、道德意识五个方面的现状调查，提出了高校教师教育技术能力培训中应注意的问题。Based on analysis and study of related literature at home and abroad, this article introduces the educational technology competence and structure that university teachers should possess in IT era. By relating the survey of university teachers＇attitudes, mastery, application, innovation and moral conduct of educational technology, we propose some suggestions in training educational technology competence of university teachers.
