摘 要:本文站在三个面向的高度,从宏观与微观的结合上,论述母语的性质、功能、价值、地位以及母语课程教材建设的基本理论、战略目标和策略思想;分析全球化背景下世界母语教材的发展趋势,以及提高创新能力、实践能力的重要意义;阐明语言与文化、基础与发展、工具性与思想性(或"人文性")、继承与创新、民族化与国际化、科学性与实用性等方面的辩证关系;着重从母语课程标准和母语教材编制的理念、内容、思路、策略和方法以及教材选用、审查、评估制度等方面,对我国今后母语教材的建设与完善,提出可资参考的十点建议。This paper, on the basis of "Three Facings", discusses not only qualities, functions, values and status of the native language but also the fundamental theories, strategic goals and ideology on the construction of courses and teaching materials; It analyzes the developmental tendency internationally and the significance of improving creativity and practice; Also, it expounds dialectical relations between language and culture, foundation and development, instrument and ideology, heredity and creativity, nationalization and internationalization, science and practicality; Ten suggestions are given from such perspectives as belief, content, thought, strategy and method of the native language curriculum criteria and its compilation and selection, inspection and evaluation of the teaching materials for its construction and perfection.
