摘　　要：没有网络教育学院的优质办学,就没有网络教育总体上的健康、持续发展。目前网络教育学院办学过程中出现的问题,很多都与其办学定位有关。本文首先探讨了网络教育学院的办学定位的意义,在此基础上认为网络教育学院办学定位的关键在于切实提高网络教育质量问题,进一步探讨了构造面向大众的终身教育体系是网络教育学院办学定位的终极取向。If online education college rtms low - quality, online education has not a healthy, sustainable development generally. Quite a lot question appears which are relevant to how to run a school at present. This paper probes into the meaning of orientation of running a institute of online education at first, and considers the key to run a institute of on- line education is improving the educational quality of online education indeed, in addition, probes into the best way to the orientation of online education college is structuring mass - appeal lifetime education system.
