摘　　要：将从干酪素中提取的牛β-酪蛋白对新西兰白兔进行多次皮下免疫注射。采集血清并用硫酸铵沉淀法进行抗体纯化,以制备兔抗牛β-酪蛋白的多克隆抗体。最后将纯化的抗体用于间接ELISA法检测牛乳β-酪蛋白的含量。The polyclonal antibody was prepared by immunizing New Zealand rabbit with bovine β-casein which was extracted from casein. The collected sera was then purified through precipitating using amine sulphate in order to prepare the polyclonal antibody against bovine β-casein which could be used to detection of bovine β-casein according to the indirect ELISA.
