摘  要:本文介绍了农产深加工的内涵和意义,分析了国内国际农产品加工的现状,重点介绍了几种先进的农产品加工技术,并对农产品加工的发展作了展望。The meaning and the significance of deep processing of farm produce were introduced, and the status of farm products processing of domestic and overseas were analyzeds. Several method of deep processing of farm products were introduced emphatically. The development was also involved.
