摘  要:针对在AGC板厚控制系统中存在时滞、时变、大惯性、非线性等问题和传统PID控制参数整定不易的局限,提出了将模糊控制和PID控制结合起来,构造了一个模糊自适应PID控制器,通过模糊控制规则在线调整PID控制器的参数。经Matlab仿真实验表明,模糊自适应PID控制器比传统PID控制器的动态响应曲线好,响应时间短,超调量小,稳态性能好,动静态性能好,取得了令人满意的控制效果。Aimed at time lag, time change, big inertia, nonlinearity problems and the difficulty of PID controller parameters adjusting, the combination of PID control and fuzzy control was put forward and a fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller was built through the rules of fuzzy control, the three parameters of PID controller can be adjusted adaptively online. The results of Matlab simulation show that the fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller has good dynamic response curve, short response time, small overshoot, high steady state behavior, good dynamic and static performance by comparing with the traditional PID controller.
