摘　　要：高校班主任作为学生学习和生活中的管理者和指引人,在学生的学习和管理过程中起着重要的作用,那么班主任究竟要怎样才能使自己的作用效果最明显,怎样才能使学生的潜能得到最好的发挥呢。我们结合多年的班级管理经验并应用经济学的边际分析方法,对班主任管理中适度原则做一点介绍。College class teacher as managers and guidelines in college student＇s learning and living, plays an important role in student＇s the learning process and management, then what can make their most obvious effect, how can the potential of students receive the best to play it.
