摘  要:以纳米SiC为原料,用两面顶压机在4.5GPa/1250℃/20min条件下实现了不同Al2O3烧结助剂添加量(0~7%,质量分数,下同)的SiC陶瓷体的烧结。研究了烧结助剂含量对SiC陶瓷性能的影响。用X射线衍射、场发射电子显微镜、能谱分析、显微硬度测试对SiC高压烧结体进行了表征。结果表明:Al2O3是有效的低温烧结助剂,在超高压工艺下添加2%Al2O3即可实现SiC陶瓷全致密化烧结;烧结体晶粒长大得到抑制,晶格常数收缩了约0.45%;烧结体显微硬度随Al2O3含量升高而有所提高。High density SiC ceramics were fabricated with 0-7% (mass fraction, the same below) Al2O3 sintcring additives under the conditions of 4.5 GPa/1250 ℃/20 rain in a Chinese twin anvil apparatus, using nano SiC as starting material. The effects of the content of sintering additives on the sintering characteristics of SiC ceramics were studied. The sintered bodies were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field-scannlng electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometry, and micro-hardness testing. The results show that Al2O3 is an effective sintering additive; SiC doped with only 2% Al2O3 can be sintered to full density. The grain growth can be controlled and the size of the crystal lattice can be decreased about 0.45%. The micro-hardness increases with the increasing of Al2O3 content.
