摘 要:[目的]探讨综合性实验在《内外科护理学》教学中的应用效果,以期为护理专业临床课程的实验教学提供借鉴。[方法]用整群抽样方法随机抽取2005级11班和12班共104名护生为实验组,2004级7班和8班共94名护生为对照组,实验组采用综合性实验教学方法,对照组采用传统实验教学方法。课程结束后对两组护生进行评判性思维量表测定、理论考试,并对实验组护生进行问卷调查。[结果]两组学生评判性思维测评、理论考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);问卷调查显示,大部分护生认为通过综合性实验提高了学习的自觉性、知识的融会贯通能力、语言表达能力和沟通能力,锻炼了分析问题、解决问题的能力且有助于学科知识的学习。[结论]综合性实验的开展有利于打破学科界限,体现了跨课程、交叉渗透的特色,有效提高了教学质量。Objective. To probe into the effect of applying synthetic experiment in teaching of "Medical nursing" and"Surgical nursing", so as to provide some references for experimental teaching of nursing specialty clinical courses. Methods. By applying cluster sampling, a total of 104 nursing students from class 11 and 12 of 2005 grade were selected randomly as test group, and another 94 nursing students form class 7 and 8 of 2004 grade as control group. Students of test group had applied synthetic experiment teaching. Students of control group had applied traditional way of teaching. All nursing students were evaluated by applying critical thinking scale and were carried out theoretical examination at the end of their courses. And nursing students of test group were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Results: In terms of critical thinking assessment and theoretical examination, there were statistical significant differences between two groups students (P〈0.01). And questionnaire survey showed that through synthetic experiments most nurses thought they enhanced their initiative in learning, the ability to assimilate different aspects of knowledge, verbal ability and communication ability. It trained the ability of problem--analysis and problem--solving of nursing students. It could help knowledge learning of different subjects for them as well. Conclusions. Carrying out the synthetic experiment is helpful to breakthrough delimitation of dif- ferent subjects. It could embody the peculiarity of trans--subjects, cross permeation. And it could enhance teaching quality of nursing students as well.
