广西壮族自治区高中生心理健康测查表常模的建立

摘　　要：目的建立广西壮族自治区高中生心理健康测量表（PHI）的地方常模，为考察当地高中生的心理健康提供基本资料。方法采用PHI测定广西3469名高中生，计算了信度、效度，并分析相关结果。结果9个分量表的同质信度在0．71～0．86之间，而全量表高达0．91。9个分量表的分半相关系数界于0．70～0．85之间，总体分半相关系数为0．89，各个分量表与总量表的相关为－0．33～0．87之间，除了L量表外（P〈0．05），其余相关系数均达到了0．001水平的显著，说明信、效度良好。各量表分存在性别、年级和民族差异。与全国常模相比，除了L量表（男生）、F量表和疑心量表（女生）外，其余量表分均差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；高一和高三学生在6个临床量表上的得分差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；民族差异体现在装坏、焦虑、病态人格、疑心和脱离现实等量表上（P〈0．05～0．01）．其中壮族得分最高，瑶族其次，汉族得分最低。结论建立了广西壮族自治区PHI的不同性别、年级、民族的高中生常模。Objective The study was to establish Psychological Health Inventory （PHI） norm of the senior high school students in Guangxi Province so as to provide data for the research on the related domain. Methods PHI was administered to 3469 senior high school students in GuangXi. Reliability and validity were calculated and the results were analyzed from different aspects. Results The internal consistency reliabilities of 9 subscales were 0. 71 - 0. 85 ,while that of the whole scale was 0. 91 ; the split-half reliabilities of 9 subscales were from 0. 70 to 0. 85 and that of the whole scale was 0. 89. Except for Lie subscale （P 〈 0. 05 ） , the coefficients between the whole scale and other 8 subseales were 0. 01 significantly level. The reliability and validity of PHI were good, and there were gender difference, grade difference and folk difference between each scale. Compared with the national norm, except on L scale for the boys,F scale and Hypochondria Scale for girls,the participants scored significantly on the other scales （ P 〈 0. 001 ） ; the senior high school students between of the first and third grades scored significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ） on the 6 scales for clinical use. There was clear folk difference on the Fake Anxiety Psychopathic Deviate Hypochondria and Unrealistic scale. The senior high school students of Zhuang scored much higher than those of Yao and Han, while those of Han scored markedly lowest. Conclusion PHI norm of the senior high school students in Guangxi Province was established across genderm, grade and peoples.
