校外实习基地的建设与实习模式探索

摘　　要：校外实习在工科专业的教学体系中具有重要的地位和作用,实习基地建设是加强实践教学环节、培养学生实践能力和创新能力的重要因素.本文结合作者指导校外实习的教学经验,提出了校外实习基地建设、促进实践教学水平、提高育人质量的思路.并对近年来探索并取得良好实施效果的实习模式进行了总结.Production practice plays an important role in the education system for engineering specialty students. The engineering training base has become a crucial factor in the strengthening and cultivating of learners ＇ ability of practice and innovation. In this paper, based on the author＇s experience,a new way to promote the quality of practice and teaching are proposed. The new practice modes having been applied and achieving good results in recent years are also explored.
