摘　　要：教师培训的有效性经常受到责难。要改变这一现状,用多元教师培训模式替代单一培训模式是一种可取的方法。本文指出,将企业的体验式培训引入教师培训,有利于拓展教师培训的目标,关注教师的现实世界,构建以问题为核心的教师培训内容体系,并在此基础上形成教师培训的立体模式。The effectiveness of teacher training is always under criticism. The way out lies in making the training styles rich and diverse. The horizon of teacher training will be broadened by introducing the＂experiencing style＂ training used in companies. A threedimensional training mode can be constructed by optimizing the training curriculum which focuses on the reality and based on problems faced with teachers.
