摘　　要：新化学课程的实施呼唤创新型教师.针对过去实验教学中存在的问题,着重探索在化学教学论实验教学中,应引导师范生形成科学知识观念、树立新课程教育理念,组织适应新课改的实验教学内容,改革实验教学方法,全面开放实验室,创新实验教学测评体系.试图获得培养师范生创新意识和独立工作能力的最佳途径.Practice of new chemistry curriculum advocates innovative teachers, aiming at the problem of experiment teaching in the past, teachers should explore importantly in the theory of chemistry teaching how to guide college students to form the idea of scientific knowledge ,establish teaching idea of new curriculum and organize the experiment teaching adapting to the reform of new curriculum, reform the method of experiment teaching, open the lab completely, innovate the evaluation system of experiment teaching, in order to obtain the best way of cultivating the innovative idea and the ability to work independently.
