摘 要:文章以"分层次教学"的课程建设新理念,坚持以人为本,强化素质教育。实现了教师主导与学生主体、理论与现实的有机融合,做到了不同层次学生可选择不同层次实验内容,实现了各有所学,各有所得。有效地解决了以往教学中存在的好学生吃不饱,差学生吃不了的现象,实现了教学整体要求与学生发展需求的有机统一。This article essay discussed the notion of hierarchic-teaching applied in the course design within the fi'amework of humanistic and quality education. The new notion makes it realized that during the teaching process teachers are guiders while students are agents. It proposed a brand new experimental teaching system in which students of different academic levels can select the courses according to their actual levels of study. The new teaching system can easily make both the advanced and the disadvantaged more satisfied at the same time, which realizes the systemic development of teaching aims and students' needs.
