摘　　要：在现实教育生活中,存在着能对教育制度变革施加重大影响的权威。在教育制度变革过程中,既要充分发挥权威对教育制度变革的推进作用,亦应注意权威的边界和限度。In real educational life there exist authorities which can exert significant impact on the reform of educational system. In the educational system reforming process, we should put the promoting effect of authorities into full play, and also should pay attention to the borders and limits of the authorities.
