婴儿期不同营养状况对其3岁左右时体格、智力发育的追踪研究

摘　　要：目的探讨婴儿期不同营养状况对其3岁左右时体格、智力发育的影响。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,根据2004年4月在安徽省阜阳市某县农村进行婴儿营养状况普查所获得的资料,参考WHO儿童身高、体重参考值[1],将婴儿的营养状况按身高和体重分别分为上、中、下三个等级,对应≥x+s、<x+s且≥x-s、<x-s,再分别从中随机选取一部分作为这次研究的对象,于2006年8月,孩子长到3岁左右,追踪调查其体格、智力发育情况;体格主要测身高、体重,计算Z评分;智力发育采用Gesell发育量表测量,计算其适应商、大运动商、精细动作商、语言商、及社交商。结果3岁与婴儿时的身长、体重之间呈正相关;3岁时的WAZ、HAZ值随着婴儿期营养状况的改善而增加;3岁时的适应商、精细动作商、语言商、社交商随婴儿期体重的增加而增加,但只有社交商随婴儿期身长等级的增加而增加。结论婴儿时的营养状况对其3岁左右时的体格、智力发育有重要影响。Objective To explore the effect of babies＇ nutritional status on their growth and intelligence about 3 years old. Method With stratified random sampling, according to the data of height and weight, obtained from general survey of nutritional status in all infants aged 0--1 in one county of Fuyang town, Anhui Province in April 2004, we classified the infants into three groups, corresponding to ≥＋s, 〈 x ＋s and≥ x - s, 〈 x - s, respectively, referring to children height and weight standards of WHO The subjects were randomly selected from these children, and their physique and intelligence were investigated again in three years later August, 2006. Results The height and weight of children about 3 years old were positively related with their body length and weight during 0- 1 years old respectively. WAZ and HAZ of children about 3 years old were increased as their nutritional condition was improved during 0- 1 years old. The adaptive quotient, fine motor quotient, language quotient and social behavior quotient of children about 3 years old increased as their weight for age increased during 0--1 years old. The social behavior quotient of children about 3 years old increased as their body length for age increased during 0- 1 years old. Conclusion The nutritional condition of children during 0- 1 years old had important impact ontheir physique and intelligence development about 3 years old.
