摘　　要：功能语言学中语法隐喻概念的提出把隐喻的概念从传统的修辞手段扩展到语法层次,增强了对一些语言现象的解释功能。主要探讨了语法隐喻的语篇衔接功能及其在英语教学中的应用。The presentation of the concept of grammatical metaphor extends the concept of metaphor from traditional rhetorical level to the grammatical level. It helps explain some language phenomena. The paper mainly discusses the discourse cohesive function of grammatical metaphor and its application in English teaching.
