台湾高等技职教育暨对大陆发展技术本科的借鉴

摘　　要：目前，台湾高等技职教育已经形成了以专科学校、技术学院、科技大学为主体的完整而独立的教育体系，呈现出以下鲜明特点：以培训优质技术人才为目标的明确定位，多层次、多规格的立交桥式教育体系，本科层次规模不断扩大，强调实践内容的课程体系。借鉴其经验，大陆地区应加强本科层次高职院校建设，建立完善的职业资格证书和学位制度，办学中充分发挥企业的作用。Nowadays, Taiwan has formed integrated and independent educational system including the main subjects of technical schools, technical colleges and technological university, which embody the following characteristics： definite orientation that take the cultivation of excellent technical talents as the objective, multi-level and multi-standard overarching educational system and the curriculum system that pay attention to practice content. Referring its experiences, the mainland should strengthen the construction of higher vocational schools of undergraduate level, build perfect professional qualification certificate and degree system, and take advantage of enterprise in school-running.
