摘 要:目的:调查ICU护士的专业核心能力,探讨其影响因素,为制定针对性干预措施提供依据。方法:采用描述性相关性的设计方法,于2008年2~3月对我国16家三甲综合医院ICU病房的632名护士进行问卷调查。结果:ICU护士的专业核心能力评分均值为3.66±0.59,线性相关分析显示,ICU护士的年龄、护龄、在ICU工作时间与专业核心能力呈显著正相关,而不同职称、不同ICU层次护士的专业核心能力不同。结论:ICU护士专业核心能力处于中上水平。ICU护士专业核心能力受年龄、ICU不同层次、培训及时间等因素影响。Objective:To evaluate the professional core competencies of ICU nurses and the influential factors in order to provide insight for appropriate intervention. Methods: Descriptive/correlative design was used in the analysis of answers to a questionnaire collected from 632 ICU nurses across 16 Ⅲ-A general hospitals in China from February to March, 2008. Results:The average score of the professional core competencies of ICU nurses in this sample was 3.66 ± 0.59. There was a significantly positive correlation between professional core competencies and individual factors of age, period of time working as nurse, and period of time working in ICU. The influential factors of the professional core competencies demonstrated in multi-linear regression analysis include professional title, position and ICU department. Conclusion:The average level of the professional core competencies for ICU nurses was fairly high. Professional core competencies of ICU nurses were vary with their rifles, position and job location, etc.
