摘  要:以实验室保存的木醋杆菌(Acetobacterxylinum)为出发菌株,利用紫外诱变的方法,以获取在低温条件下能高产细菌纤维素的突变株。通过初筛和复筛以及连续传代实验,确定了1株突变性状能稳定遗传的突变株,产量可达8.6g/L(干重),比原出发菌株产量提高了20%。The Acetobacter xylinum strain preserved by our laboratory, as the original strain, was mutated using UV mutagenesis in order to obtain a low temperature-resistant and high cellulose-producing mutant strain. One mutant strain, which was steady in hereditary, was obtained by preliminary screening and second screening, as well as serial passage. The yield of cellulose by the mutated strain reached 8.6 g/L in dry weight, which was 20% higher than that produced by the starting strain.
