学校管理执行力探析

摘　　要：学校管理的执行力就是学校全体成员在每个阶段、每一环节,不折不扣、保质保量地完成工作和任务的能力。有些学校建立之初条件相似,发展策略相近,但结果迥异。究其原因,主要是执行力差,具体表现为共同愿景没有达成,制度实效性差,管理者执行不到位和对管理者监控不力等。提高执行力的对策主要有确立操作性强的目标,制定科学的管理制度,建立完备的执行系统和确立公正的执行评价制度等。Executing capability of School administration means school staff fulfilled the work at every period and link as school regulations. Some schools developed with similar conditions and strategies, but the results are very different. Why？ Mainly because of poor executing capability. The reasons are as follows： no penetrative Shared - vision, low effective systems, low executing capability of managers and staff＇s weak supervising in management. The countermeasures maiuly include setting up of the operative goals, scientific administering rules, complete executing systems and fair evaluation institution.
