摘  要:文章在调查研究的基础上分析了影响山西省农村中小学教师教育技术能力与培训绩效的内、外部因素,以教育绩效为目标提出提高教师教育技术能力的策略有:以政府投资为主,多渠道改善基础条件;提高学校领导的认识水平;加强教师素质建设,创设培训绩效提升基点。Based on investigation and research, this article analysis the external and internal impact factors of rural primary and secondary school teachers' educational technology competence and training performance in Shanxi province, take education performance as the goal to put forward correspondence countermeasures that could improve the teachers' educational technology competence, such as plans as a whole and coordinate, under the premise of government play the main investment role, through multiple methods to improve basic conditions; raise the level of awareness of school leadership, improve school-related system, establish inspiriting mechanism; Strengthen the teachers own quality construction so as to establish training performance promotion basic point.
