摘　　要：本科生导师制是提升学生综合素质的有效途径,文章阐述了中医药院校实行本科生导师制的重要性和必要性,介绍导师指导下的中医药专业学生科技创新能力的培养,探讨对中医药本科生以技能训练为基础、以研究性实验为核心、以科技创新能力培养为目标的教学新模式。Tutor system for undergraduates is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of students. This paper discussed the importance and necessity of implementation of tutor system for undergraduates in Traditional Chinese Medical universities and colleges and introduced the new method of cultivating technological innovative ability in tutorial system. It explores a new teaching model with training medical students＇ technical skills as the basis, research-oriented experiments as the core, and cultivating technical innovative ability as the goal.
