摘　　要：铁路运输企业的持续健康发展也毫无疑问地取决于人力资源的管理创新。如何解放思想,与时俱进,大力推进人力资源管理创新,是摆在铁路运输企业发展战略中的重大问题。The sustained and healthy development of rail transportation enterprises＇ determined by human resources management innovation. Emancipating the mind, keeping pace with times and improving the management innovation of human resources are the important problems placed in rail transportation enterprises＇ developmental strategy.
