摘　　要：从红枣的贮藏保鲜条件及方法介绍了红枣加工利用的现状,同时从良种选育、地方特色品种的推广、贮藏保鲜的现状、红枣深加工制品的开发及副产品的综合利用等方面分析了我国红枣产业发展的前景。This paper introduced the status of chinese date processing and utilization by summarized the condition and methods of the date storage. In addition, the chinese date industrial development prospects was also analyzed through the aspects of selecting for good strain breeding, spreading of local characteristic breeds, status of storing fresh date, exploitation of deeply processing date products and the comprehensive utilization of the date byproducts.
