高职教育内在要求与人才培养特色的构建

摘　　要：高等职业教育的快速发展使其成为高等教育研究领域内的一个热点,作为高职教育,其教育必须具有与普通教育和中等职业教育不同的特色,文中从高职教育对象特征和高职人才培养定位两方面阐述了高职教育的内在要求,在此基础上,从高职教育理论与实践的无缝对接和高职通识教育两个方面对高职人才培养特色的构建进行了描述。The development of higher vocational education has made itself a hot issue in the field of higher education research. As to high vocational education itself, it should have a different feature from ordinary education and intermediate vocational education. This article illustrates the inherent requirements of higher vocational education in regard to its goals and its location in higher vocational personnel training. Based on that, the article describes the features of higher vocational personnel training from the prospect of the jointless matching of higher vocational theory and practice and higher vocational general education
